About the Role 

Dimensional Energy, a leader in the production of sustainable fuels and other chemicals from carbon dioxide, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, experienced Coordinator for our Houston office and Engineering Department. This role will serve as the front desk admin and coordinator in our Houston, TX office and is required to be onsite five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the Houston office receptionist and office manager. This includes greeting guests, answering calls, vetting mail, answering inquiries, ordering supplies, coordinating with building management as needed, and creating a positive and secure workplace environment for employees and guests.  
  • Ensure office efficiency by creating and implenting necessary procedures, file systems, and more as needed. 
  • Lead all logistical details for company events both on-site and off-site, including coordinating with local conference planners, planning investor dinners, etc.  
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Senior VP of Engineering, including managing calendar, booking travel, expense management, and maintaining contacts. 
  • Serve as departmental administrative coordinator for the Engineering team. This will include heavy contact with other locations and departments, ensuring smooth communication and information flow across all channels.  
  • Work on special projects for Engineering Department as needed.  

 Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of relevent experience, ideally as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or related role 
  • Experience with customer service, scheduling, and managing calendars
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Experience overseeing an office space is preferred 
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 
  • Proactive and able to work independently 
  • Eligibility to work in the United States  

Pay and Benefits 

  • The salary range for this position is $60,000-$85,000 depending on experience.
